Energy & Environmental Consulting Engineers (EECE) is a Southern California based management consulting company that provides consulting services to the public and private sectors. EECE was formed in 1993 and has since 2002  been federally registered as a 8(a) firm. Mr. Zahid Khan, P.E. is the founder of EECE and holds a masters degree in Chemical Engineering, is a registered professional engineer in the states of California, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.  Over the last ten years EECE has worked in over 15 countries in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, and North America.
